CREATE HERE! is a youth development programme for teenagers and young adults aged 15–20 from small towns, frontline areas and war-affected communities across Ukraine. The programme uses entrepreneurship as a practical framework for developing financial literacy, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, leadership, goal-setting and confidence. Delivered in a hybrid format, it combines an online learning platform, expert sessions, mentorship, project development and a final pitching stage.

The programme is designed to reach 500 young people and includes approximately 100 group mentorship sessions, selection of 25 finalists and support for 3–5 youth-led projects. Target outcomes include improved practical skills, increased confidence in presenting ideas and stronger motivation among young Ukrainians to study, work, launch projects and build their futures in Ukraine.
