Happy Mom Club supports women, children and families affected by war, displacement and prolonged stress in Odesa. The programme combines health education, prevention, psychosocial support and individual consultations. Activities include 20 educational lectures for women; two educational sessions for children and adolescents; 10 psychoeducational and therapeutic master classes; and 10 individual consultations with a speech therapist or special education specialist. The project particularly targets IDPs, single mothers, large families and families facing chronic stress or limited access to reliable medical information.

The project is expected to directly reach 150 participants, with additional indirect impact on family members and the wider community. It aims to improve health literacy, encourage earlier identification of health and developmental risks, strengthen family resilience, reduce parental burnout and support healthier parent–child relationships. The programme also seeks to increase trust in healthcare professionals and improve parents’ ability to identify speech and developmental difficulties in children.
